Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange/Return Instructions for Your ESCAPE DEER Purchase
Exchange Policy:
• Please courier the shirt to our factory address mentioned below.
• After dispatching the parcel, share the courier details and your order ID on our WhatsApp for tracking purposes.
• Once we receive your parcel, we will process the exchange and ship the new shirt to your registered address.
Return Policy:
• If you wish to return the shirt, kindly courier it to our factory address.
• After dispatching the parcel, share the courier details and your order ID on our WhatsApp for tracking purposes.
• Upon receiving the parcel, we will initiate the refund after deducting ₹99 for the forward shipping cost incurred during the delivery of your order.
NOTE- Refunds for prepaid orders revert to the original payment method, while COD orders receive a wallet refund.
